This site came about means of sheer need. When my wife was first pregnant, we found it quite frustrating to be at a restaurant or super market, wondering what kinds of foods she could eat, and not being able to find suitable information that was viewable on a mobile device/cell phone. So I took it upon myself to do the research and come up with a condensed list of foods that are okay to eat and a list of foods to avoid while you are pregnant. All the info on this site was pulled from various public medical resources and is not meant to be the last word on pregnancy dietary nutrition, but just a list of generally accepted food practices during pregnancy.
